Optimum development of our human resources with specialized and experienced associates that we have selected with strict criteria. In addition to the obvious linguistic qualifications, each associate has at least a degree in higher education in their field and five years of hands-on experience. Thus, we are able to provide accurate and quality translations, always within the set deadlines, fully respecting the terminology required for each specialized field (e.g. technical, legal, medical, financial, shipping).

Optimum development of our company's infrastructure: the translation process always follows a specific and predetermined course, which is generally divided into three stages that complement one another: a) the preparation/assignment of the project to the most suitable, specialized associate, b) the translation part per se (supported by the use of the corresponding translation tools, memories and platforms, sometimes using machine translation, where this is required by the customer, to reduce costs and delivery time) and c) quality control/approval of the result on multiple levels. The process is closely monitored by the relevant Project Manager. This guarantees successful and consistent completion of any project assigned to us, regardless of volume and time pressure.
